Real Estate Assistant

**Duties**:
Day-to-day, you will find yourself:

- (Training will be provided on Real Estate Softwares but no Exception on social media marketing softwares, YOU MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS CREATIONS AND POSTINGS.)
- Loading listings, Preparing agreements and offers when required
- Scheduling & Confirming appointments between the client and the agent
- Maintaining an organized electronic and paper filing system
- Must have Social Media marketing knowledge and the ability to Market New/Sold listings on Social Media platforms

**Must be experienced with Real Estate/Marketing softwares such as MLS, Brokerbay, WebForms, Authentisign, Canva, (training will be provided for real estate softwares) but knowledge and experience of Canva, TIKTOK,Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin IS MUST.**
- Assist with scheduling appointments, showings, and open houses
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings
- Conduct research on properties and market trends
- Coordinate and manage client communications
- Maintain and update real estate databases and files
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Assist with property inspections and appraisals
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
