**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and help ensure smooth operations within the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the real estate industry and looking to gain valuable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Call potential buyers and Sellers to schedule appointments.
- Manage and create social media posts and videos for all Social Media platforms.
- Assist with marketing design, planning, and coordination.
- Coordinate event planning.
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain and update client databases and files.
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses.
- Assist in marketing efforts such as creating flyers and social media posts.
- Assist with recruiting by contacting potential realtors.
- Prepare listing and buying presentation packages.
- Prepare listing agreements and send DocuSigns.
- Contact clients to gather any missing information.
- Upload all documents to Authentisign and complete any missing requirements.
- Set up and update a CRM system on a regular basis.
- Post marketing ads on social media.
- Type offers and accompanying documents.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Must have vast experience and Strong knowledge of social media marketing including Google AdSense, FB Business and Tiktok.
- Experience and strong knowledge of using Canva, Mailchimp, and other marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLS, Webforms, DocuSign, Authentisign, CRM, and Broker Bay.
- Courteous, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable and able to work well under pressure.
- Adaptable in all situations.

**Salary**: $16.76-$24.40 per hour
