**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Intern in our Global Entity Management Team, you will assist the team with various tasks that include:

- Arranging couriers
- Ordering GEM supplies, (minute books, corporate seals etc.)
- Assisting in Onboarding new clients
- Updating agent sheets as per Administrator’s instructions
- Printing/Updating corporate books
- Annual filings

**Key Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Building relationships
- Confidentiality
- Analytical
- Problem solving abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Trust and co-operative societies is preferred.
