**About the role**:

Dealer Support Representatives are the primary point of contact for our GM dealer network.The Dealer Support responsibilities include responding to all dealer inquiries received and provide support for.The representative collaborates with resources from other functional areas as well as external vendors and partners when necessary. They must have a high level of soft skill as well as the ability to communicate and understand automative finance contracts and key processes.

Qualifications:

- Ability to provides exceptional service with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
- Ability to provide timely and accurate responses to multi-channel internal and external requests related to Lease & Loan accounts.
- Proficient knowledge of contracts and/or automotive financing.
- Adapts easily to rapid changes, in requests, processes and procedures.
- Makes sound judgement decision and escalates any unresolved issues to team leader.
- Self-motivated and works with mínimal supervision while positively participating in a team environment.

**Experience**
- Secondary School required.
- Post secondary education preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment is preferred.
- Previous automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be fluent in French and English.
