Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology sales or related fields.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
