Direct Report : General Manager of Property Management

The Property Manager manages all aspects of the residential, commercial, rental portfolios, and condominiums working with outside trades and service providers to maintain the properties to a high standard. You will foster a professional and respectful relationship with the condo owners, tenants and boards.

Duties include:

- Conduct regular site visits
- Promptly respond and resolve owner/tenant enquiries
- Organize and attend annual general meetings, board and budget meetings
- Create annual budgets for condos
- Consult and advise condo boards on current legislation, amendments and by-laws

Prior property management with 3 years experience is required. Property management certification an asset. Understanding of basic accounting and knowledge of Yardi property management software would be an asset. Salary will be based on experience.
