The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to the Residential Tenancies Branch of Manitoba, including but not limited to:

  • Notices of Rent Increase
  • Notices to New Tenants
  • Leases
  • Lease Renewals
  • Notices of Eviction
  • Filing Landlord Claims
  • Filing for Orders of Possession

The position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to attend hearings at the RTB. A driver's license and vehicle are also required. The role includes a full-time assistant to assist with documents and clerical processes. The salary for this position will be between $50,000 and $65,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
