**As an Analyst, Cross Border Personal Tax your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing U.S. personal federal and state tax returns
- Researching U.S. tax issues
- Preparing file memoranda and client correspondence
- Proactively resolve tax related issues with clients and other staff members through direct contact with them and researching and drafting responses
- Identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services
- Provide exceptional client service

- Accounting Diploma or Certificate; an accounting designation is considered an asset
- 1 year experience in public practice is preferred
- Experience in personal tax compliance
- Career-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge in accounting and US tax compliance preferred
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to grasp new technology tools
