**Inside Pump Sales**

Electric Motor Service Limited has over 78 years of history of delivering superior service and product solutions for the Pump & Water treatment Industry.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Completing the order process which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing of additional products, and generating sales orders.
- Completing detailed technical review of customer specifications to identify applicable aspects of industry standards as well as customer specific requirements.
- Ensure customers are provided with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
- Responding to customer’s requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Cross sell and up sell accessories including Pumps, Valves, Fittings and Tanks to new and existing customers.
- Validate returns and process as per the company policy and reroute any warranty claims to the vendors.
- Review open and backorders daily to meet customer delivery time and expectations.
- Place rush orders for parts from Vendors as per the corporate purchasing policy.
- Comply with all internal Policies and Procedures including, but not limited to, Health and Safety and

Quality Management.
- Promote existing and new products.
- Anticipate client direction and objectives.
- Attend training and sales meetings as required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.

**What will you bring**:

- 3+ years of applicable experience with working knowledge of pumps and peripheral equipment
- Related experience in an Inside Sales or Purchasing position within the Water Well & Municipal

Industry is an asset.
- Preference will be given to 3individuals that show mechanical aptitude and have experience in industrial type sales.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service in a professional manner
- A self-motivated team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to utilize technology to source and find components and information.
- Ability to maintain existing customer relations and build new relationships.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and effective sales practices to increase profitable sales consistently.

**Educational Requirements**:

- College Diploma or combination of experience and academic achievement
- Capable of completing product training courses
- Friendly with computers and comfortable working with ERP tools
- Basic English reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
