**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration.
- 2-4 years' experience in an administrative role
- Strong follow-up skills and able to communicate assertively
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Following up with insurance companies to ensure payments have bee received.
- Making collection calls confidently.
- Supporting other members of the administrative team.
- Other duties as assigned.
