Customer Service Administrator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team in a full-time capacity. Do you enjoy supporting your customers, providing product and service information, resolving issues as they arise? Do you have a knack for conflict resolutions, bringing a calm demeanor to potentially emotionally charged situations? Do you like managing financial information, with an eye for detail? **Responsibilities**:
- Maintain customer records, such as Lease Agreements and Contracts, updating account information as required
- Manage and follow-up with Proof of Loss and insurance claims
- Resolve product or service problems with corporate customers, expediting any corrections or adjustments as needed
- Prepare payouts and client lease cancellations
- Receive payouts, track lease and contract amendments
- Prepare bailiff packages as required
- Additional administrative support as required
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial related industry is well regarded
- Familiar with heavy equipment, transportation, or construction equipment
- Experience working with Lease Agreements, Industrial Leasing and Insurance would be beneficial
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Proficient in Aspire and LeasePlus is an asset
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional composure
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently
- Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
