**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Providing Guests with a 5-Star Guest Experience
- Guest Check-ins/outs
- Knowledge of all services offered
- Product Knowledge - you are educators, not salespeople
- Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area
- Receiving retail orders
- Being a team member - help our team when possible
- Dress like a **FASHION AUTHORITY, **from head to toe**, **we are in the beauty industry after all ;)

**Qualifications**
- Highschool Diploma
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Must be available for open or close shifts during the week
- Must be able to work one weekend shift a week
- Knowledge of Phorest booking system is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 32 per week

**Salary**: From $17.80 per hour
