**What will you do as a Document Specialist?**

**Our Secured Document Specialist are first point of contact in the Secured Personal Loan process. They manage all requests for appraisals, title searches, loan documents and registration documents for starters. Document Specialist play a very important role in the Secured CLAO structure.**
- Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
- Manages/action requests for title search on property
- Manages/action requests for property value confirmation
- Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches
- Prepare and sends payout statements to solicitor upon request
- Submits for mortgage discharge documents when applicable
- Escalate any documentation issues to the Underwriter and/or Manager for review
- Adhere to policy/procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met
- Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded
- Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities
- Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes

**What you need to work with us**:
Intermediate level MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8:00am to 9.00pm and Saturdays on a rotational basis
- A willingness to learn
- Past or current experience with the following platforms would be beneficial: Salesforce
