At Mobilinx, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, organizing and maintaining all project documentation, and interfacing with the project team to maintain control of documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that sensitive information is protected and handled according to procedures and instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Assist with verification, registration, filing, and control of documentation.
  • Perform project database input and word-processing functions.
  • Develop and implement document control reporting systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
