Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) E-commerce dévoué(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de Montréal et contribuer à offrir une expérience en ligne exceptionnelle à nos clients.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Assister dans la conception et l'exécution de campagnes de marketing par courriel sur Klaviyo, y compris la segmentation, l’automatisation et le suivi des campagnes pour favoriser l’engagement et la fidélisation.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour la plateforme Shopify, y compris les listes de produits, les promotions et les réductions, répondre au chat en ligne, et implémenter certaines personnalisations en utilisant CSS pour garantir une expérience d’achat fluide.
- Préparer des rapports sur les performances numériques en utilisant Google Analytics et Google Search Console.
- Planifier le contenu des fiches produits sur Google Merchant Center et les publications sur les réseaux sociaux dans Meta Suite.
- Photographier les échantillons des collections à venir pour l'e-commerce.
- Collaborer avec le directeur marketing pour développer et mettre en œuvre des promotions en ligne, des lancements de produits et des campagnes saisonnières.
- Préparer et expédier les commandes.
- Créer des visuels pour le site web et les magasins à l’aide de Canva, Adobe Illustrator ou d’outils similaires.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Maîtrise bilingue en anglais et en français, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste e-commerce similaire.
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe (préféré mais non requis).
- Compétences requises en Shopify et CSS.
- Familiarité avec Google Ads est un atout, mais pas obligatoire.
- Forte capacité d’analyse, attention aux détails, et capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

About Marise: Marise is a well-established women’s fashion retailer with over 40 stores across Quebec and Ontario. Known for our high-quality, locally made clothing for women, we are focused on enhancing our digital presence. We’re seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Coordinator to join our Montreal team and help deliver an exceptional online experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the Shopify platform, including product listings, promotions and markdowns, answering the chat box, implementing certain customizations using CSS to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Help prepare reports on digital performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Schedule out the content prepared for product listings on Google Merchant Center and social media in Meta Suite.
- Photograph samples of the upcoming collections for the E-commerce
- Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Fulfill and ship orders
- Create website visuals, and in store using canva, adobe illustrator or similar tools

Required Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar ecommerce role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Shopify and CSS is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Semrush, Surfer SEO, Klaviyo, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Meta Suite, or is keen to learn these tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads is an asset, though not required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
