As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Condominium Property Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Excellence**:Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring efficient and effective management. Implement and maintain organized record-keeping systems for all property-related documents.
- **Construction and Trades Exposure**:Leverage construction or trades background to assess and address maintenance and repair issues. Collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- **Financial Literacy**: Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial reports to stakeholders. Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- **Board Meetings Leadership**:Chair board meetings confidently, guiding discussions with a positive and solutions-oriented approach. Provide expert advice to board members on property-related matters.
- **Crisis Management**: Thrive in uncomfortable situations, maintaining composure and leading discussions during challenging times. Implement crisis management plans and ensure the well-being of the community.
- **Client-Facing Focus**: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. Implement a sales mentality, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance property value and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Ability to qualify for the RECA Condominium Licencing
- Willingness to invest and secure a RECA Condominium Licence with 3 months of employment.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Background in construction or trades is highly beneficial.
- Financial literacy and experience managing budgets.
- Proven ability to chair board meetings and lead discussions effectively.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles with a sales mentality.
- Exceptional crisis management skills.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
