Job Description: Electrical PurchaserShift: 7 AM - 4 PM
Wage: $65,000 to $100,000/year
Location: Windsor-Essex, ON

Job Responsibilities:

- Sourced and purchased electrical materials and equipment for the company.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Create purchase orders, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all purchasing activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand their electrical purchasing needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in electrical purchasing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field - **preferred**:

- Experience with inventory management software - Jonas or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience as an Electrical Purchaser at an Electrical Wholesale company
- 1 year experience in shipping and receiving
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, materials, and equipment.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
