We’re looking for our next Client Operations Administrator. Could it Be You?
The primary role of the Client Operations Administrator is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of client requests and account updates.

The Client Operations Administrator will process client requests and update client accounts in accordance with industry regulations and Questrade’s internal operations procedures, while continually being vigilant of the customer experience.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Investigating client queries and responding accordingly while maintaining exceptional levels of client service.
- Processing client request work queues: Withdrawal funds, Transfer funds, Transfer positions and Exchange funds according to service level agreements, regulatory requirements and Questrade policies.
- Monitoring and reviewing incoming documentation related to client operations tasks.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient administration of client cash and account management.
- Completing daily processing within departmental standards.
- Collaborating with other Questrade departments as required.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors and institutional clients as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

✔ Have 1+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in the financial services industry
✔ Are a College or University graduate (or equivalent), preferably in administration and/or finance area
✔ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Have proven analytical and reconciliation skills and experience
✔ Have experience working in operations
✔ Have a positive attitude and strong client orientation
✔ Have strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
✔ Have a high level of attention to detail
✔ Are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Express curiosity to learn and understand the why and the how
✔ Collaborate effectively as a team player
Additional kudos if you have
✔ Successfully completed the CSI course, including the CSC and CPH exams
✔ Experience using G-Suite is preferred, especially Google Sheets
✔ Experience using Broadridge Processing System (BPS)
