**Client Services Administrator**

We are a boutique Natural Gas and Electricity Supplier/ Retailer that provides Price Stability, Leveraged Index and Structured, Physical products to small and midsize commercial consumers in Ontario. With a combined 65+ years of industry experience, we provide our customers with the benefit of our collective experience, technical prowess, trading expertise, product ingenuity, and operational efficiency while still being able to provide the best customer service in the industry coupled with the most competitive prices.

**Job Summary**

The Client Services Administrator is responsible for entering & assessing all Contract submissions sent to us by our team of Sales Agents. Additional responsibilities relating to processing contracts will be assigned. This position will take place in a fast paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Processing Contract submissions
- Inputting Contract submissions
- Ensuring all contract submission are processed in a timely manner
- Reviewing entries for data entry errors
- Verifying compliance as per industry standards
- Understanding company standards
- Consulting with other departments when required
- Responding to Agent inquiries and requests in a timely manner

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Data Entry experience is a must
- Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Problem Solving
- Self-starter
- Time management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Some Customer Service experience
- Secondary education required; Post-Secondary education preferred.

This is a Full-time Position: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
