Parts Administration Coordinator

H. Broer Equipment Sales & Service Inc. (HBI) is looking for a Parts Administration Coordinator to be an organizational ambassador by providing forward momentum in the Parts Department. The Parts Administration Coordinator will implement policies and procedures, and assist with organizing various tasks within the parts department to meet deadlines, multi-task and problem solve to provide support and get the job done successfully.
Applicants must have an eye for detail, and an ability to multi-task in a quick paced environment. This team player will have stellar organizational and communication skills, with a knowledge of Microsoft Office. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude who takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast paced and thriving department.
**Responsibilities**:
- receive and process parts sales orders from customers promptly
- ensure timely delivery of parts by coordinating with customers and the service department
- confirm purchase order accuracy with vendors
- assist in managing stock levels to meet customer demands
- assist in purchasing inventory, creating purchase orders, and following up with suppliers
- assist in parts department goals and activities as required
- create new part numbers in inventory program
- assist in year-end inventory and count procedures
- maintain clear, effective communication with customers and team members
- perform other duties in the parts department as required
Education & Experience:
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to details
- Ability to problem solve and manage time efficiently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
- A positive attitude and ability to take initiative to support other team members
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Be a team player
