**About the Role**:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll support the management team, maintain organized systems, and help improve company processes to ensure efficiency and excellence in everything we do.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
- Maintain accurate records and systems for employees, vendors, and projects.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
- Create, update, and maintain templates, SOPs, and workflow guides.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend tools and processes to enhance productivity.
- Hold team members accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering information on time.
- Assist with planning and organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- **Experience**:

- At least 2 years in an administrative or similar role.
- Background in construction, real estate, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- **Traits**:

- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a growth mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player who takes initiative and thrives on responsibility.
