**Overview**

You will be joining a team of seasoned, dynamic, and passionate (to say the least) sales professionals who have built an excellent reputation for their craft, provide high-quality client service and have perfected the process of closing deals. If you have at least two years working in a sales capacity within the security services industry, then keep reading below on what the position entails and the qualities that would make you a suitable fit for this role.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Qualify new Prospects through phone calls
- Cold calling and lead generation
- Deliver the Fusion Security value proposition to Prospects via the phone
- Analyze Prospects' needs and create a tailored solution
- Solution Sell to new Prospects
- Be the master of your sales cycle start to finish
- Manage communication with Prospects across BC
- Execute deals to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Work in an open concept office as a part of our Sales Team

**Position Requirements**
- Key Requirements:_
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Security Services industry
- Post-Secondary Education
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Track record of success with a short or long sales cycle
- Proven experience in cold calling and with closing deals
- A vehicle and a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Key Personal Traits:_
- A natural charisma that allows you to easily build relationships
- An understanding of B2B sales and hold a track record of significant overachievement
- A strong negotiator and know how to turn partnerships into win-win propositions
- Hunter - type personality; have a drive to succeed, willing to take on new challenges with a can-do attitude
- Excellent relationship management and credibility building skills
- Excellent communication (written & oral), presentation, organizational, and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance
- A team player, excited to be part of a phenomenal organization
- Strategic/creative thinker
- Results-oriented salesperson
- Strong team approach to business
- Beneficial Experience/Knowledge:_
- Sales experience would be an asset
- Sales Software knowledge an asset
