**Receptionist Job Summary**

**Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Confirm appointments with clients and provide necessary information
- Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and client information
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff

**Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Toronto, ON M3K1N2 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Toronto, ON M3K1N2: Relocate before starting work (required)
