**Front Desk Receptionist**

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect payments, and verify information
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized

**Skills**:

- Office skills: Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a neat workspace
- Phone systems: Familiarity with operating multi-line phone systems and transferring calls
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to customers
- Front desk experience: Previous experience working at a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- Clerical skills: Strong attention to detail for tasks such as data entry, typing, and proofreading

Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our E bike showroom We are seeking an organized and friendly individual who can provide exceptional customer service to our customers. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in other customer relations settings.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Prior experience working as a receptionist is preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Salary**: $16.55-$24.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
