**Bilingual Pension Analyst**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Contract Type : Direct Placement**

**Very flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto**

**Proficiency in both English and French**
- This role is important because you will be the front-line pension administrator responsible for providing employers with technical support and guidance to facilitate the administration of the Pension Plan. As part of the Employer Services team, you will support the contribution reconciliation process and the annual data collection of member data, and contribute to annual member statement activities.
- Manage relationships with several assigned employers to develop strong working relationships by responding to questions and providing day-to-day technical support
- Conduct monthly status meetings with assigned employers to track and resolve any issues while achieving a high level of client satisfaction
- Plan and participate in structured education and training sessions for Employers
- Support required system updates and identify opportunities to streamline and improve the effectiveness of the pension administration process
- Partner with other members of the Service Delivery department to review activities, controls, service deliverables, and workflows to identify areas for process improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
