BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Silver Haven EQ is a year-round indoor/outdoor training and boarding facility that offers comprehensive riding programs focused on English riding, skill development, and horsemanship. Our focus is on providing fun, knowledgeable, and experienced instruction, horsemanship, and safety skills for riders and equine partners.

As a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing Silver Haven’s financial data, accounting records, and office administration support.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing and reconciling of financial records
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Reconciliation and clearing of intercompany accounts
- Sorting, coding, and data entry of invoices
- Invoicing for services and recording payments
- Maintain and manage office/cleaning supplies
- Office administration support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in accounting, business, or a related field
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
- Professionalism, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility

**Job Type**: Part-time

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
