Woodfield Canada is a family run business in the automotive industry that focuses on commercial vehicle accessories & work vehicle modifications. We are currently looking to add a production coordinator to our team You will be responsible for helping keep our orders organized and running efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating & scheduling new orders as they are processed. Contact customers to arranged dates.
- Receive customer vehicles / keys as they are delivered.
- Print work orders & the daily schedule for each shop technician.
- Handle / scheduling incoming customer service / repair inquiries and questions.
- Document and update records based on interactions & non-compliances.
- Receive & document paperwork for incoming shipments.
- Processing completed work orders & updating documents and order statuses.
- Receive customer payments when they pick up their completed vehicles.
- Notifying customers when orders are completed or scheduled.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products.
- Forecasting monthly & weekly output and capacity.
- Drive efficiencies & improvements.
- Participate meaningfully in meetings, company activities, training sessions etc.
- Demonstrate leadership and motivate other team members.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with your hands and mechanically inclined.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
