**Role and Responsibilities**
**Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting - Civil Training Services**
As a financial analyst in our Civil Aviation Training Solutions segment, you’d be joining a team that actively participates in reporting & managing the global training network for the world-class, publicly traded leader in aviation training. If you are seeking an environment in which you’ll be joining a team at the center of the action, learning every day, and working with finance teams around the world, this may be a fit for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in month end close process; namely preparing journal entries and reviewing some balance sheet positions; supporting senior team members.
- Participate in preparing monthly balance sheet performance analysis & monthly reporting to upper management
- Aid in the management of our balance sheet processes
- Participate in special projects in collaboration with other teams & work with regional teams in process improvement initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Professional accounting designation an asset
- Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Knowledge of HFM and / or Oracle system is an asset
- Bilingual (French and English)
