Relevant du directeur FP&A, l’Analyste financier collabore avec les dirigeants de Flo et les partenaires d’affaires pour surveiller le rendement financier et participer à élaboration des plans stratégiques, des budgets, des prévisions et des analyses financières afin de faciliter la prise de décisions et d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques.
Pour avoir du succès dans ce rôle, l'analyste effectuera des recherches et analysera l’information financière pour aider l’entreprise à prendre des décisions éclairées, à optimiser les modèles financiers et agira en tant que partenaire d’affaires avec les différents départements de l’entreprise.

- Participer au processus de planification financière;
- Collaborer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et des rapports périodiques, des mesures opérationnelles et financières utilisées par l’équipe de direction;
- Surveiller les résultats périodiques, analyser les causes des écarts inattendus, mettre en évidence les tendances, émettre des recommandations au directeur FP&A et participer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise;
- Suivre et communiquer aux dirigeants les résultats et écarts par rapport au budget des dépenses opérationnelles;
- Devenir la personne ressource pour le suivi des résultats et devenir le partenaire d'affaires de l'équipe de production;
- Gérer et livrer des projets d’amélioration des affaires (réduction de coûts);
- Aider l'expert BI dans la production du reporting mensuel;
- Effectuer des analyses financières et des données ad hoc.

**CE QUI VOUS CARACTÉRISE**
- Titre de CPA ou CMA ou CA ou en voie d'obtention;
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en planification et analyse financière;
- Solides compétences en modélisation financière;
- Maitrise de la suite Office et en particulier Excel;
- Excellente communication française et anglaise à l’écrit et à l’oral;
- Initiative et rigueur;
- Flexibilité et adaptation;
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et échéances simultanément;
- Attitude et influence positive.

**WHAT AWAITS YOU AT FLO AS A FINANCIAL ANALYST**

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst collaborates with Flo's executives and business partners to monitor financial performance and participate in the development of strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to facilitate decision-making and achieve strategic objectives.

To succeed in this role, the analyst will conduct research and analyze financial information to help the company make informed decisions, optimize financial models, and act as a business partner with various departments of the company.

**WHAT YOU WILL LEARN BY JOINING OUR TEAM**
- Participate in the financial planning process;
- Collaborate and maintain dashboards and periodic reports, operational and financial metrics used by the management team; Monitor periodic results, analyze the causes of unexpected variances, highlight trends, provide recommendations to the FP&A Director, and contribute to the company's objectives;
- Track and communicate results and variances to budgeted operating expenses to executives;
- Become the go-to person for results tracking and a business partner for the production team;
- Manage and deliver business improvement projects (cost reduction);
- Assist the BI expert in producing monthly reporting;
- Perform financial analyses and ad hoc data.

**YOUR CHARACTERISTICS**
- CPA, CMA, CA designation or in progress;
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in financial planning and analysis;
- Strong financial modeling skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
- Initiative and diligence;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
- Positive attitude and influence.
