Due to our growth and expansion into new markets, we are seeking a strong team player to join our Corporate Finance department in the capacity of:
**Purchasing Administrator**
We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support financial decision making by creating, implementing and maintaining purchasing policies. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Purchasing Administrator will work as a member of our accounting team and will help managers track spending.
**Essential Job Functions**
- Evaluate the purchasing procedures of the company
- Control the purchasing department budget
- Manage costs
- Ensure that all necessary protocols and guidelines are followed
- Assist in selecting approved vendors
- Assist in negotiating pricing on behalf of the company and overseeing the negotiation of contracts
- Maintain records of inventory to determine when new goods need to be ordered
- Additional duties as necessary
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of purchasing and accounts payable experience
- University or college degree in business administration
- Superlative skills in Excel/creating reports

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
