**Classic LifeCare** is a locally owned and operated home care agency that has been providing exceptional home health care experience and nursing support for nearly 50 years in BC and Alberta. As an Accredited agency, we prioritize respecting people's choices and needs, helping them live in the moments that matter and build better lives through great health care.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Client intake: Entering client information and setting up schedules in our database.
- Coordinating and maintaining client and employee schedules.
- Gathering feedback from clients and employees through phone calls and home visits.
- General administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and data entry.
- Customer service: Handling complaints and issues, providing effective resolutions.
- HR assistance: Screening and interviewing applicants for Health Care Worker positions.
- Participating in the afterhours on-call rotation (once every four weeks).

**Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and adept at multitasking.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, even under pressure.
- Strong team player.
