Front Desk Agent

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Experience with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in guest services operations at the front desk
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
