Process Administrator

Reporting to the Process Team Lead, the Process Administrator works closely and collaboratively with the Finance and Member Care Teams to deliver exceptional member service. The Process Administrator is responsible for working with the Processing team to support the completion of policy and certificate new business, claims, cancellations, and general administration.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processes new business, claims, and cancellations across all financial products, executes tasks related to certificate and policy claims, files documents, communicates issues with the external facing teams, coordinates mailing and electronic distribution of documents, and reconciles files.
- Completes policy and certificate administration as required.
- Completes T5 preparation as required.
- Assists with processing requests and investigations.
- Complies with all established processes and makes recommendations for process improvements.
- Performs daily quality controls and ensure adherence to all internal controls.
- Maintains positive team relations within the team and across all teams; administering processes and delivering on requests from all internal teams. Participates in the completion of department deliverables.
- Works collaboratively and cooperatively with the Member Care, Finance, Business Development, and Service Excellence Teams to elevate and provide seamless member service. Participates in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with financial product administration.
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Office products including intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- Experience entering accounting data; experience with NetSuite is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience meeting SLAs, and delivering within processing protocols, and standards of service.
- Resourcefulness, and able to exercise initiative.
- Detail-oriented and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning data financial information.
- Experience in the customer service and/or financial service industries is an asset.
- Ability to work closely in a team environment in order to meet individual and team driven benchmarks.
