**Summary**: Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a **Service Advisor ** to join our dedicated team.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with requests for repair ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Advise customers of status of vehicle to communicate high customer care standards.
- Maintain an effective filing system.
- Must follow Company policies and practices.
- Any other duties that are requested by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of heavy duty equipment and/or parts is an asset
- Ability to use computer effectively
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Valid driver's license
