Administrative Assistant

Mehan Financial Services is looking for Part-time Administrative Assistant to provide management support in a collaborative open office environment. Key attributes are attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Other job responsibilities include:
- Regular follow up with active clients and making cold calls
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our
office run smoothly
- Schedule appointments and events
- Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily
available
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which include the ability to format documents, and draft official letters and correspondence.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB T1Y5Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
