**Business Development Representative (Xerox)**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns with empathy and inclusivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for consultations and support.
- Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and inclusivity.
- Support partner enablement through comprehensive training as an SME and providing insights on product knowledge.
- Manage and optimize the vendor pipeline, qualifying leads, and guiding opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
- Develop expertise in vendor products, programs, and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the sales team.
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for impactful results.
- Use creative problem-solving and technical knowledge to facilitate hardware, software, and service requests effectively.
- Participate actively in customer account planning and contribute to sales team success.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for printer-based sales experience, especially with Xerox products.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and inclusively.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication to promote ideas effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
- Organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Adaptable to change and quick to learn and utilize new systems and technologies.
