**Your Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial transactions including invoices and other vendor/employee payable transactions. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accurately process incoming invoices:

- Timely processing of invoices in Invoice Management
- Ensure invoices comply with Invoice Management formatting requirements
- Monitor incoming invoices for favourable payment terms and ensure timely processing to take advantage
- Verify that incoming invoices comply with GST/PST rules and potential tax withholdings are considered
- Post invoices based upon agreed payment terms
- Post and offset down payments

Accurately process other vendor/employee payable transactions:

- Timely processing of company credit card reconciliations
- Timely processing of employee expense claims
- Timely processing of freight credit notes

Support the Finance department with administrative duties as assigned:

- Managing the Accounts Payable shared inbox
- Generating letters for outgoing royalty/mineral lease payments
- Uploading documents to SAP
- Gathering support for claims/disputes
- Assisting with the development/management of process documentation
- Completing other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- Certificate or diploma in business administration
- 1-5 years experience in an accounts payable/administrative role
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- SAP experience considered an asset
