**Expenditure Processing**
- Ensuring daily invoices are entered accurately
- Be the direct contact for departments to assist with resolving issues
- Handle expenses weekly by ensuring approvals on time
- Allocate expenses in our ERP with proper codes (NetSuite)
- Enter and reconcile credit card expenditures in both US$ and CDN$
- Process sales taxes and user fees monthly

**Payment Processing**
- Ensure payments are made on time - no overdue invoices - for multiple companies
- Be attentive to the details - pay out of the correct bank accounts on a weekly basis
- Manage electronic banking - HSBC platform

**Supplier Relationships**
- Be the direct contact for vendors

**Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**:

- Courses in business administration are an asset
- 1 year of related experience
- Willingness to understand our complex business
- Understanding of account structures (department and class codes)
- Ability to make payments in more than one system
