We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Clerk that has an accounting background use to managing budgets and invoicing.

As a member of the Reliable Team, you will be the first point of contact for our company. To be successful in this position, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is customer service role. You should be able to deal with public in a professional, timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking are essential for this position.

**You will be Responsible for**:

- Act as a point of contact for the operations team.
- Format and distribute communication - to both internal and external sources.
- Create and manage work schedules.
- Monitoring the progress of schedules, making changes and adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Prepare account balances.
- Prepare invoicing.
- Review accounts for budget vs costs
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Scheduling, Accounting or similar role is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with co-workers, managers and customers
- Problem solving skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn

**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Invoicing: 3 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
