**YOUR ROLE**:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing marketing strategies that will elevate Kuwalla Tee to the next level of success. Alongside our creative director, you'll have the creative freedom to shape our brand image, reach a broader audience, and strengthen our position in the market. Your work will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and oversee a talented team. Your guidance will be crucial in ensuring a cohesive brand message, top-notch visual content, and efficient sales strategies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. **Innovative Campaigns**: Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising.

2. **Brand Identity**:Work closely with the design team to ensure our brand identity remains consistent and compelling across all touchpoints.

3. **Content Creation**: Conceptualize and oversee the creation of captivating content, including visuals, videos, and written copy that resonates with our target audience.

5. **Market Research**:Keep a keen eye on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform our strategies and maintain our competitive edge.

6. **Event Management**: Plan and execute exciting brand events, collaborations, and activations to engage our audience and create buzz around our products.

7. **Public Relations**: Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry insiders to secure media coverage and collaborations.

8. **Budget Management**: Oversee marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI on all marketing initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS"**

1. **Shopify Expertise**: Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform, including managing online store, updating theme, managing apps, and plugins to enhance user experience and drive sales.

2. **Passion for Fashion**: A deep love for streetwear & sneaker culture and an innate understanding of the fashion industry and its trends.

3. **Proven Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a successful track record in fashion or streetwear marketing.

4. **Creative Vision**:A visionary with the ability to think outside the box and create unique, engaging marketing campaigns.

5. **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive work environment.

6. **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing marketing data and insights to make data-driven decisions.

8. **Leadership**:Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
