Job Title**:Marketing Intern / Coordinator (STUDENT - PAID)**

Connect 4 Marketing is a young marketing agency, offering marketing services to the Mining Industry, non-profits and e-commerce industry. From short-form content to in-depth Google Ads campaigns, we’re a full-service marketing agency, with 80% of our clients in the mining industry.

We’re looking for a talented intern to join our team as a marketing intern, starting May 1st, until the end of August 2024. The position will be given to someone with the possibility of becoming a longer-term job.

Having a positive attitude and being self-motivated is a must to be part of our team. We have a client-first attitude and always strive to deliver the best results, and quality work as possible to our clients.

You will be responsible for the social media accounts of 3-4 of our clients. These companies need postings on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

You’ll also be responsible for reporting on the metrics and KPIs for 7 of our clients for whom we currently run paid advertisements online.
- **Special Project**:_One of the major projects of the summer will also be assisting with coordinating a video-interview campaign, at _**THE Mining Investment Event of the North **_, happening in Quebec City. (which you might attend) This event helps investors connect with over 90+ Mining Companies, and we’ll be running video interviews with some of the CEOs.

This will include posting on YouTube, and various other social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement organic social media campaigns to reach our target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to messages and comments, and tracking analytics.
- Compiling marketing reports.
- Conduct outreach to our current mining leads, before the Mining Investment event.
- Create engaging social media content like graphics, videos, and captions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist with our internal Connect 4 Marketing and promotional material.
- Conduct research and help our company offer more marketing services in a “bundle” format.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
- Availability to work full-time as needed
- Knowledge of capital markets / finance / publicly traded companies
- Knowledge of the mining industry
- Based in Montreal, Canada

This is a paid opportunity, and the wage will depend on the applicant’s abilities, experience and past wins. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, organized, and eager to grow with us.
