Montréal, Canada Côte-des-Neiges Black Community Association Inc. Full time

Reporting to the CDNBCA Director, UIBE & Business Development and the Board of Directors, The Marketing Manager aims to develop and implement strategies alongside the Communication Coordinator that will enhance the visibility of the UIBE project and CDNBCA’s initiatives. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns from their initial ideation, implementation and completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measures and reports the performance of UIBE and CDNBCA’s digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies trends,insights,optimizes performance based on the insights
- Alongside the UIBE Director and Communication Coordinator, the Marketing Manager will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Plans, executes and measures experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborates with Communication Coordinator to develop landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across

multiple channels and member touchpoints
- Develops digital marketing processes, procedures, resources to support organizational objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Computer and systems savvy (Microsoft Office, Amilia, HTML, CSS, ESP, Marketing

automation tools)
- Experience in managing processes
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

Education and Experience requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the non-profit sector
- A results driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and at ease with managing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and
- internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- 3-5+ years experience working in a similar role

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
