**About the Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Snaplii's gift cards base and merchant network, with a focus on the gift card segment.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential gift card partners, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive gift card acquisition and merchants engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners, specifically in the gift card sector.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to identify potential areas of growth and innovation.

**Who You Are**:

- Proven track record of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, with experience in the gift card industry being a strong asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital payment industry, market trends, and the gift card business.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and partners.
