**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Join our growing team You will coordinate the requirements of the senior management staff with a focus on the sales team while maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. You will be responsible for overseeing communications, maintaining schedules and calendars, conducting research and creating reports, coordinate schedules and travel for meetings, events, and presentations. You enjoy the fast pace of this demanding role and take pride in what you do. Highly organized yet flexible, you have a track record of success in a similar role.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support to Senior Management Staff w/focus on Sales & Marketing:

- Timely responses to requests
- Prepare, proofread & distribute forms & correspondence
- Coordinate materials schedules & travel for meetings, events & presentations
- Coordination of Premise Wiring Mission Critical contracts & training seminars
- Maintain calendar of monthly, quarterly & annual tasks/events and attendance, holiday & outlook calendars
- Safety & good housekeeping standards
- New sales employee orientation & training
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Experience**
- Ideally five years of Administrative experience in a Marketing and Sales environment.
- MS Access & desktop publishing an asset
- Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and telephone equipment.
- Ideally fluent in written and spoken French and English.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, strong inter-personal skills, self-confident, assertive, positive and diplomatic, detail oriented, diligent.
