Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) one of the world's premier sports and entertainment companies, owns the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Toronto Raptors (NBA), Toronto FC (MLS), Toronto Argonauts (CFL), Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA D-League), TFC II (USL) and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club, the Toronto Raptors Esports franchise in the NBA 2K League. Its charitable arm, MLSE Foundation, focuses on funding initiatives to support youth through sport and recreational programs. MLSE also owns and operates Scotiabank Arena, Canada’s premier sports & entertainment venue hosting more than 200 events each year, as well as two digital channels (Leafs Nation Network and NBA TV Canada), and has a partnership with Live Nation (the biggest concert promoter in the world). MLSE has also invested in and operates five of Toronto's sports facilities - Coca-Cola Coliseum, BMO Field, BMO Training Grounds at Downsview Park, home of Toronto FC's Academy and the First Team's practice facility, the Toronto Raptors’ training facility and the MasterCard Centre for Hockey Excellence, the practice facility for the Maple Leafs and Marlies.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the preparation for quarterly Board of Director presentations with a focus on the Ticket Sales & Service department
- Collaborate with multiple teams to craft the 3-year outlook for departmental initiatives
- Communicate clear and compelling strategic narratives and build connections across the organization to translate narration into execution
- Lead the management and maintenance of departmental on-boarding resources and continual evolution of the existing educational resources
- Change management leader of major departmental initiatives, with a focus on training and coaching
- Participate in special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:
- You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate strategy position or demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives
- You can communicate and influence a group of your peers to influences projects and timeline deliverables
- You are a results oriented and detailed individual with a focus on standard methodologies and continuous improvements (previous experience within a Lead Scoring project is an asset)
- You have strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills
- You demonstrate initiative and can work independently and as part of a team
- You possess outstanding organizational skills with the ability to independently lead and prioritize work activities and inputs
- You are results and detail oriented focusing on leading practices and ongoing improvements
- Your interpersonal skills help you to excel at presenting and partnering at all levels of an organization
- Your ability to analyze and interpret various data and develop logical solutions provide you an outstanding perspective over others
- You prefer a multifaceted and fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI and Ticketmaster Archtics is considered an asset
- You have an outstanding understanding of MS Office and your above average proficiency with Excel, VBA, and macros makes you an asset
