**What You’ll be Doing**:

- **Connected Services Marketing Initiatives & SME**:_
- Develop reporting metrics capturing key insights/analytics - includes establishing core metrics/KPIs, and ongoing monthly review of metrics with objective to increase conversion/renewal revenue.
- Collaborate with external vendors to plan/develop/execute/maintain subscription marketing materials and distribution. Establish and monitor KPI targets for marketing efforts translating to revenue/ROI.
- Build relationships with key counterparts at TMNA and other global CT affiliates in support of best practices/synergies for marketing initiatives related to Connected Technologies.
- Execute viable marketing business model for CT, including collaboration with Finance & Accounting for regular reconciliation of payables/receivables and budget forecasting.
- **Connected Services Marketing Coordination with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing & Retail Marketing**:_
- Liaise with Toyota/Lexus nameplate, Digital, Experiential, National Brand marketing and Retail Marketing to facilitate optimized Connected Services marketing messages aligned with vehicle/brand strategy across all mediums.
- Develop and coordinate changes to Digital landing pages on Toyota.ca/Lexus.ca specific to Connected Services.
- Coordinate marketing terminology and Connected Services content across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., PR, Marketing, Sales, Product Planning, Field/Dealers, etc. - including content review activities).
- **Connected Technologies Sales & Marketing Representative (e.g., PPD, Vehicle Strategy, Toyota/Lexus)**:_
- Connected Technologies SME and representative with Sales & Marketing interfaces, e.g., PPD, Vehicle Strategy/Launch Strategy, Toyota/DSSO and Lexus Division.
- Represent CT and advocate in all vehicle planning stakeholder strategy forums/working-groups, e.g., Launch Committee meetings, Vehicle Strategy meetings, PPD Spec-Reviews/N-12’s/N-6’s, DSSO Monthly Program Reviews.
- Develop clear and impactful presentations and deliver to diverse audiences including TCI/TMNA.
- Coordinate with TMNA for key information-sharing / marketing development activities in pursuit of alignment (this includes proactive communication of unique TCI initiatives & requirements).
- **Connected Technologies Strategic Planning, Market Analytics & Insights**:_
- Develop strategic plans and business case viability studies related to potential new features/products as part of CT’s ongoing expansion of the Connected Services platform (e.g., next generation of MM telematics features & capabilities, PPO/DIO trial extension enablement, product bundling, TCUV/LCPO trials, expansion of data solutions, and Toyota/Lexus OneApp enhancements - in collaboration with Business Innovation and Business Development).
- Develop and maintain CT roadmap of upcoming short-to-mid-term development & launch activities related to Connected Technologies planned initiatives.
- Develop strategies for Connected Services paid subscription business model (conversion & renewal)
- Market/industry SME regarding Connected Service offerings from competitors, includes maintaining competitor analysis and identification of industry trends (MM/app/pricing).
- Conduct market studies (e-Panels / Focus Groups) in coordination with Customer Retention/VOC to develop better insights into Customer voice & engagement with Connected Services, to better understand market conditions and opportunities.
