**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled **Kinesiologist / Physiotherapy Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our rehabilitation team to support patients through progressive rehabilitation exercises, providing manual therapy, and assist in helping individuals achieve their functional goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform therapeutic exercises and interventions under the guidance of licensed practitioners.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy to patients, as appropriate, to promote mobility, reduce pain, and support healing.
- Educate and guide patients through rehabilitation programs tailored to their specific needs and progress.
- Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to exercise protocols, and provide feedback to clinicians.
- Document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Support the clinic with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth and organized flow of operations.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy Assistant certification, or related field.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise prescription.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement mechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service is an asset, as building rapport with patients is key to successful treatment outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
