EDUCATION:
Please confirm that you meet these eligibility factors:

- registered as a full time or part-time secondary or post-secondary student in an accredited academic program; or
- participating in adult education and retraining programs at the secondary level, operated under the authority of an accredited academic institution.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in interacting with the public; responding to customer questions and providing helpful direction.
- Experience in going above and beyond to fulfill customer expectations
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations, be they with customers or co-workers, to achieve a positive outcome
- Experience in handling cash, operating point of sale systems and performing cash out duties

**Conditions of employment**:
Reliability Status security clearance - You are required to obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security clearance.
- You will be required to possess and maintain a valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent.
- You must be willing to work overtime.
- You will be required to work shiftwork, and/or weekends, and/or statutory holidays and/or provincial/territorial holidays as scheduled by your supervisor. Compensation will be as prescribed in the Terms and Conditions of Employment applicable to you.
- You must be willing to work and travel in a variety of terrains and weather conditions in the performance of your duties.
- You will be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
- You are required to wear a uniform, which is provided, while performing your duties.
- You must be available to work from May/June to Labour day.
