**The team you'll be part of**:
**Network Infrastructure - NI Services Transformation Team**

**What you will learn and contribute to**:

- Maintain the NI Services BU Sharepoint Site
- Support the department governance, by assisting with organizing regular meetings, storing information and maintaining the archive
- Ensure mode of operation and organizational structure remain updated
- Collect feedback and propose improvements
- Assist in the creation of visualizations for a wide range of purposes, such as reports/dashboards, metrics, charts, software stream relationships & work
- flow diagrams
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to work across different Nokia business functions to facilitate collection and / or access to data repositories

**Education Recommendations**
- Enrolled in accredited Canada College or University pursuing a STEM related undergrad degree (examples: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering

- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Experience in creating, editing and posting of blog content
- A creative mindset
- Structured approach to work, delivering on plan and commitments
- Knowledge of Sharepoint concept and usage of social communication tools
