- **Position Description**:_
- The CSR will work in our showroom at the Edmonton location.
- Answering customer phone calls and working with customers in the showroom; sharing accurate information and product knowledge, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims.
- Maintain the showroom by routinely cleaning displays, ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear and tidy, and that all products are properly tagged and visible.
- **Key Attributes**:_
- Motivated, energetic individual who has the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
- Office administration - filing, invoicing, preparing bank deposits, and other varying clerical duties.
- Experience in the cabinetry & millwork or hardware distribution related industry considered an asset.
- Familiar with order entry processes and procedures.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.
- Self-Starter and willingness to take initiative.
- Independent in carrying out daily tasks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, job assignments and work schedules.
- Participate in training sessions on new products.
- Must be punctual, have a desire to learn, and detail-orientated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$24.98 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
